FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS
The Directorate of Finance and Investments is headed by the Director of Finance and Investments.The Finance arm aims at providing a sound control environment for the management of financial and other resources of the organization. It is therefore responsible for implementation of control activities necessary for the acquisition, keeping, storing and disbursing of financial resources that follows set policies and procedures.
The Investment arm is responsible for developing partnerships and joint ventures, policies and procedures for identification of bankable projects and ventures; and managing the investments to maximize Return on Investments.The Need To Know
